Amber Young is a certified health coach, life coach, and personal trainer whose journey from rare jaw cancer survivor to advocate drives her mission today. After a routine dental screening uncovered an aggressive tumor, she endured major reconstructive surgery and rebuilt her life with purpose. Amber now helps others create sustainable habits, regain confidence, and navigate life after trauma. Through coaching, speaking, and sharing her story, she empowers people to take control of their health and embrace a stronger, more intentional life.
Michelle Holguin
Co-Founder
Michelle Holguin is the founder of ahVanguard and a marketing professional with over fifteen years of experience turning data into strategy and measurable growth. She blends quantitative and qualitative insights to refine customer behavior tracking, strengthen brand voice, and drive conversion and loyalty. Michelle has managed budgets from $100K to $20M and led marketing teams within organizations generating $100M to $3B in revenue. As a business owner, she builds affordable, ROI-focused solutions for brands of every size. Fluent in Spanish, she lives in St. Petersburg, FL, and believes that intentional energy shapes outcomes and success. Her work aligns data and creativity to drive meaningful results.

Brandon Huskins is a business development and operations leader with a strong track record in strategic growth, marketing, and organizational execution. As COO and co-founder of ahVanguard, he supports the operational systems, and financial pro-formas. Brandon also brings extensive experience from the food and beverage and live-event sector, having managed operations for Ruth Eckerd Hall’s nonprofit performing arts venues, Levy Restaurants, and multiple sports and entertainment facilities. His blend of entrepreneurial discipline and large-venue operational expertise allows him to build systems, teams, and partnerships that help organizations scale with clarity and confidence.

Eric blends compassion, clinical know-how, and thought leadership — striving to change lives one smile at a time.

Marta Kaczmarczyk is an MBA candidate at the DeGroote School of Business, building on a foundation in Psychology, Neuroscience, and Behaviour. She’s passionate about project management, product strategy, and the intersection of data and human behavior. Marta brings a mix of analytical thinking, empathy, and clear communication to every team she joins. Her background gives her a strong grasp of motivation, decision-making, and collaboration. She thrives in fast-moving environments and is driven to grow into roles that challenge her to problem-solve, lead, and make meaningful impact.

Matthew JC is an award-winning filmmaker, composer, speaker, and visionary storyteller with over 25 years of creative leadership in film, music, and purpose-driven entertainment. As founder of 1307 Productions, he has built a studio known for emotionally charged, socially impactful documentaries and inspirational content. A 7-time Emmy winner with 17 nominations, his work blends cinematic storytelling with original music and authentic human narratives, reaching more than 200 million homes across major platforms. Beyond filmmaking, Matthew founded Operation Rock The Troops, supporting Active Duty Military and Veterans through music, songwriting, and creative expression.

She inspires dental professionals globally — challenging teams to raise standards, embrace continuous learning, and take early detection seriously. Jo-Anne believes in empowering colleagues with knowledge, boosting confidence in care, and saving lives through vigilance, compassion and education.

Oral and Maxillofacial Pathologist
Dr. Paras B. Patel is a board-certified Oral & Maxillofacial Pathologist serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area. As Clinical Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University College of Dentistry and Director of Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology at ProPath, he leads advanced diagnostic services and pathology education. He earned his DDS from Howard University College of Dentistry and completed his specialty training in oral and maxillofacial pathology at Texas A&M. Dr. Patel co-founded Center for Oral Pathology, blending academic rigor with patient-centered private practice. His work spans oral disease diagnosis, biopsy services, oral cancer screening, and research into early detection of oral pathology. He’s committed to accurate diagnosis, advancing clinical knowledge, and improving patient outcomes through pathology expertise and compassionate care.
